Copycat Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt according to taste
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • A Drizzle of Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces

Instructions

  • Start by cutting boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Remove any excess fat from the chicken.
  • Place the chicken in a large baggie or bowl, and add pickle juice and milk to marinate. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight for the best flavor.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels. Drain off any excess milk and pickle juice.

  • Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat and drizzle some olive or sunflower oil.
  • Combine powdered sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Add the chicken to the bowl and coat it evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  • Transfer the seasoned chicken to the heated pan and cook for about 8-10 minutes, continuously tossing to ensure even cooking. Adjust the cooking time as needed to ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and serve it with homemade honey mustard sauce or any other sauce you choose.
