1PoundBoneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
Instructions
Start by cutting boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Remove any excess fat from the chicken.
Place the chicken in a large baggie or bowl, and add pickle juice and milk to marinate. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight for the best flavor.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels. Drain off any excess milk and pickle juice.
Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat and drizzle some olive or sunflower oil.
Combine powdered sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Add the chicken to the bowl and coat it evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Transfer the seasoned chicken to the heated pan and cook for about 8-10 minutes, continuously tossing to ensure even cooking. Adjust the cooking time as needed to ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and serve it with homemade honey mustard sauce or any other sauce you choose.
Notes
The number of servings for the recipe will depend on the amount of chicken used and personal portion sizes.
