Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener e.g., erythritol or stevia, adjust to taste
  • dark chocolate chips Optional toppings: crushed nuts

Instructions

  • Melt coconut oil until liquid.
  • Mix melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add sugar-free sweetener and adjust to taste.
  • Spread mixture evenly in a lined baking dish.
  • Add optional toppings.
  • Chill in the freezer or refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!
