Add softened creamcheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth andcreamy.
Add shredded or diced cooked chicken breast to the bowl. Stir well to coat the chicken with the cream cheese mixture.
Finely chop the red onion, celery, bell pepper, and fresh parsley. Add them to the bowl and mixeverything.
Season the chicken salad with salt and pepper according to your taste. Adjust the seasoning asneeded.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the chicken salad to anairtight container. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allowthe flavors to meld.
