Peanut Butter Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk soy, almond, etc.
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 medium banana sliced, or 1/2 cup berries

Instructions

  • In a 2-cup mason jar, combine the plant-based milk, oats, maple syrup, chia seeds, powdered peanut butter, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir the mixture well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  • Seal the jar and refrigerate it overnight.
