Combine the ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, flour, egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Shape the ground chicken mixture into fries, about 1/2-inch thick and 3-4 inches long.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
Fry the chicken fries in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain the chicken fries on paper towels.
